On the ground floor, the traditional French kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people around the table and has a built in electric cooker & hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, Kenwood Chef and food processor.

The more formal dining room is able to seat 8 people in comfort. There is a separate utility room with a Toilet, Oil fired boiler for the Central heating, Washing machine, Tumble drier and Fridge freezer.
